Every tent is delivered, installed and taken down by us. You choose the tent size, then add what your event needs:

Pick the tent by guest count, then check it fits your yard with 5 ft of extra clear space: a 20×20 ft tent needs a 25×25 ft space.

How does booking a tent in Toronto work?
- Tell us your guest count or tent size, the location, the set-up and take-down dates, and your backyard size so we can plan which tent fits.
- We confirm your exact requirements and send you a quote by email.
- When you are ready to book, a 25% deposit confirms your order. Any change before the event updates your price and invoice.
- We call you 1 to 2 days before the event in case you want to add or remove items, and confirm the delivery and set-up time.
- We set up, remind you of the balance once set-up is done, and confirm the take-down date with you.
The final price depends on your location and dates. We may need to charge for delivery and pick-up; if so, it is told to you before your final quote.

Rain is expected on the day. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us when you book or when we call 1 to 2 days before the event. We track the weather and stay ready with backup options like flooring, heaters and additional covers, so your guests stay comfortable.
Are your tents waterproof?
Yes. Our tents are waterproof and give your guests cover from rain and sun. For a wet forecast, ask us to add flooring so guests stay off wet grass.
Are the tents steady in wind?
We install every tent ourselves and plan the set-up around your yard and the surface it stands on. Tell us the surface and yard size when you ask for a quote, and tell us about a windy forecast when we call before the event.
Can you put a tent on a cemented surface or driveway?
Tell us the surface when you ask for your quote, along with your backyard size, so we can plan which tent fits and how it is installed on your site.
Do you provide heaters in the tent?
Yes. We rent propane and electric heaters and fans; add them to your quote.
Do you rent a stage?
Yes. We rent a stage, riser or mandap and a dance floor to go inside or beside your tent.
How do I measure my backyard for a tent?
Measure the length and width of the open space where the tent will stand. The tent needs 5 ft of extra clear space, so a 20×20 ft tent needs 25×25 ft. Send us the measurements with your guest count and we will work out which tent fits.
Are tablecloths included when I rent tables?
No. Tables and linens are separate items, so ask for tablecloths in your quote and they will be listed on it.
How do I know my booking is secure?
Your order is confirmed once the 25% deposit is paid, and we call you 1 to 2 days before the event to confirm delivery and set-up time.
