What events do you rent tents for?

We rent tents for weddings, Mehndi nights and other wedding functions, birthday and backyard parties, baby showers and gender reveals, corporate events, pop-up shops and farmer’s markets, and picnics, reunions, family gatherings and funeral repast memorials.

What can you rent with a wedding tent?

Tables and chairs, and linens and tablecloths (quoted separately from tables). You can also add a stage, riser or mandap, a dance floor, heaters and fans, lighting and flooring.

What size tent do you need for your guests?

Pick the tent by guest count: a 10×10 ft tent suits 10 to 12 guests, a 10×20 ft tent suits 20 to 25, a 20×20 ft tent suits 35 to 40 and a 30×40 ft tent suits 100 to 130. Tell us your backyard size and we will work out which tent fits.

Do you deliver and set up the tent?

Yes, we deliver, install and take down every tent on the dates agreed in your booking. Any delivery and pick-up charge is shown in your quote.

Can you heat the tent for a cold-weather event?

Yes. Heaters and fans are available as part of our climate control rentals; add them to your quote.

Are tablecloths included when you rent tables?

No. Tables and linens are separate items, so ask for tablecloths in your quote and they will be listed on it.

How do you book a tent for your event?

Tell us your guest count or tent size, the location, the set-up and take-down dates, and your backyard size so we can plan which tent fits. We confirm your exact requirements and send you a quote by email. When you are ready to book, a 25% deposit confirms your order. Call 647-291-7715 or email info@tentbuddies.ca to start.

Which areas do you serve?

We deliver and set up tents across the Greater Toronto Area from our base in Brampton, including Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Brampton, Caledon, Bolton, Mississauga, Milton, Ajax and Erin.

Who will you deal with?

You deal straight with the owner, Jasbir Pabla, with no middle man. We can talk to you in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu or Gujarati.
