What is included in a tent rental?
We deliver, set up and take down your tent on the dates you book (any delivery and pick-up charge is shown in your quote); you choose the tent size and add what else your event needs. Items you can rent with your tent:
What size tent do I need for my guests?
Pick the tent by guest count, then check it fits your yard with 5 ft of extra clear space: a 20×20 ft tent needs a 25×25 ft space.

Who rents tents from Tent Buddies?
Tent Buddies rents tents to families planning backyard parties, couples planning weddings and businesses running corporate events. We rent for:
- Weddings, Mehndi nights and other wedding functions
- Birthday and backyard parties, baby showers and gender reveals

The final price depends on your location and dates. Any delivery and pick-up charge is told to you before your final quote.
How does booking a tent work?
- Tell us your guest count or tent size, the location, the set-up and take-down dates, and your backyard size so we can plan which tent fits.
- We confirm your exact requirements and send you a quote by email.
- When you are ready to book, a 25% deposit confirms your order. Any change before the event updates your price and invoice.
- We call you 1 to 2 days before the event in case you want to add or remove items, and confirm the delivery and set-up time.
- We set up, remind you of the balance once set-up is done, and confirm the take-down date with you.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver and set up the tent?
Yes. We deliver, install and take down every tent on the dates agreed in your booking.
Do you provide heaters for tents?
Yes. Heaters and fans are available as part of our climate control rentals; add them to your quote.
Are tablecloths included when I rent tables?
No. Tables and linens are separate items, so ask for tablecloths in your quote and they will be listed on it.
Do you rent stages and dance floors?
Yes. We rent a stage, riser or mandap and a dance floor to go inside or beside your tent.
How do I know my booking is secure?
Your order is confirmed once the 25% deposit is paid, and we call you 1 to 2 days before the event to confirm delivery and set-up time.
What languages can I book in?
English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati.
