Every dance floor booking includes a written quote by email, delivery and set-up at your venue at a time agreed with you, and take-down on the date you confirm. Delivery and pick-up may carry a charge; if they do, we tell you before the final quote, so nothing is added later.

How do I book a dance floor rental?

3. When you are ready to book, a 25% deposit confirms your order.
4. If anything changes before the event, we update the price and your invoice.
5. We call you 1-2 days before the event in case you want to add or remove items.
6. We confirm delivery and set-up times, set up the dance floor, and remind you of the payment once set-up is done.
7. We confirm the take-down date with you and collect everything.

How much does dance floor rental cost in Toronto?

How big a dance floor do I need?

It depends on your guest count and the space at your venue. Tell us how many guests you expect and the size of your yard or hall, and we will suggest a dance floor size in your quote.

Do you deliver and set up the dance floor?

Yes. We agree the delivery and set-up time with you before the event, set up the dance floor at your venue and come back to take it down on the date you confirm.

Can I rent a dance floor with a tent and stage?

Yes. You can book a dance floor together with a tent, stage, tables, chairs, linens, lighting and audio, all on one quote. Note that table cloths are a separate rental item and are not included in the price of tables.

Rain is expected on our party day. Can you help?

Is my deposit safe, and will you show up?
