What can I rent from Tent Buddies?

• Tents - tent bundles with tables and chairs and marquee tents in various sizes for backyards and event spaces.
• Chairs and tables - rental chairs and rental tables, on their own or with a tent. Linens are a separate item and are not part of the table price, so ask us to add tablecloths to your quote.
• Stages - stage, riser, mandap and platform rentals.
• Everything around the tent - flooring, dance floor, carpet, lighting, climate control, catering equipment, audio, a portable LED bar, wedding jago and home staging accessories.

Who rents tents from us?

We rent tents and party equipment for weddings, backyard parties and corporate events. Many of our customers are hosting at home, so we plan the tent around your guest list and the size of your backyard, and you deal straight with the owner, with no middle man.

Which areas do you serve?

Brampton is our home base. We also serve Toronto, Mississauga, Caledon, Ajax, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Milton, Bolton, Erin and almost all of the GTA. Delivery and pick-up may be charged depending on your location, and we always tell you before your final quote.

How does renting a tent work?

1. Tell us the tent size or the number of guests you expect, your location, your set-up and take-down dates and your backyard size.
2. We use your backyard size to work out which tent will fit and how we get it there, and find out your exact requirements.
3. We send your quote by email.
4. A 25% deposit confirms your order. Any changes before the event are priced and your invoice is updated.
5. We call you one or two days before the event in case you want to add or remove items, and confirm the delivery and set-up time.
6. Payment is due once the setup is done, and we confirm your take-down date with you.

Do you set up the tents?

Yes. We offer full installation and rental services: our team delivers the tent, sets it up before your event and takes it down on the date agreed with you. We confirm the delivery and set-up time with you a day or two before the event.

How do I know which tent fits my backyard?

Measure the length and width of the open area and tell us how many guests you expect. We use your backyard size and your guest count to work out which tent fits and the route we take to get it into the yard, then quote you by email.

Do you rent stages?

Yes. We rent stages, risers, mandaps and platforms, on their own or with a tent, tables and chairs. Tell us the event, the space and your dates and we include the stage in the same emailed quote as the rest of your order.

Do I pay to get a quote?

No. No upfront payment is required to get a quote. The final price can change once we know your location and dates, and any delivery and pick-up charge is told to you before the final quote. Your order is confirmed only when you pay the 25% deposit.
